General Contracting

As a general contracting company, we serve as a prime contractor and work in conjunction with the project owner to provide alternative construction methods.  We are responsible for the means and methods of executing contract administration according to contract documentation. Typically, we subcontract phases of the construction process to trade contractors.

 

Design-Build

During the design-build phase we provide personal assistance to clients, allowing us to minimize liability for the owner and assuring the project schedule be reduced, eliminating any overlap in design and construction phases.  Another advantage to this delivery strategy is that all components are under one single source.

Our construction management delivery system permits our company to provide assistance in the areas of: project management, time and quality management, safety and cost-effective management and contract administration.  This allows us to monitor the responsibilities of the project designer and contractors, while serving as an advisor to the owner.
